  • What is the difference between testers, and regular fragrances ?
    There is no difference between the regular fragrances and testers or unboxed fragrances. Testers are products manufactured by the original designer of the fragrances for promotional purposes only. Some are offered in simply white or brown plain boxes with or without a cap. Some might even have the word "tester" or demonstration written on the bottle. Some Testers come without boxes, but are packaged well to get to the destination safe, without a scratch.

  • Why is there a price difference in testers, unboxed and regular fragrances ?
    The contents of testers and unboxed fragrances are exactly the same as in the standard full priced packaged items. The reason why they're so much cheaper is simply because the original boxes manufactured by the company increase the price on the perfume.
  • What are the different levels of a fragrance?
    A fragrance comes in four different levels of concentration. The higher the concentration, the more the price. They are as follows from least concentrated to most:
    Eau de Cologne - this is the least concentrated amongst the four levels fragrance lasts up to 2 hours
    Eau de Toilette - this is more concentrated and most popular type. It lasts up to 2-3 hours.
    Eau de Parfum - this is the second most concentrated type of fragrance that lasts up to 6 hours.
    Perfume or Parfum - this is the most highly concentrated type of fragrance that lasts all day with least application.

  • How will I know whether my order has gone through or not ?

    f you are ordering online, you will get a confirmation order number upon the completion of your order. You will also get a copy of your order confirmation sent to you in your email. If you are ordering over the phone, you will get an email order confirmation sent to you when your order is processed.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will need your UPS tracking number to track down your order. Upon completion of your order before its shipment, you will get an email from us with your tracking number to track your order. Please visit UPS' website-www.ups.com or call 1-800-PICKUPS to track the exact location and approximate time it will take your order to reach its destination. If you dont have your tracking number, please call us at 1-866-373-7386 between 9:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m E.S.T.
  • Does Perfume Country match competitor prices ?
    It depends on individual products and competitors prices.

  • Do I have to pay Sales Tax ?
    Only NEW JERSEY customers pay Sales Tax of 6%. All outside of New Jersey are exempt.

  • What are the different methods of payment that you accept ?
    We accept all types of Debit Cards & Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept Money Orders if you do not have a credit card.

  • How can I pick my desired shipping and how much does shipping cost?
    You can pick your desired shipping from any of the following options:
    1. UPS Ground - This will take between 5-7 business days for delivery
    $5.99 For the first fragrance.
    $1.00 for each additional item that you want in the same order. 5 or more is free.
    2. UPS 3 Day Select Special- This will take 3-4 business days for delivery
    $7.98 for the first fragrance.
    $1.99 for each additional item that you want in the same order.
    3. UPS 2nd Day Air - This will take 2 business days for delivery.
    $10.99 for the first fragrance.
    $3.00 for each additional item that you want in the same order.
    4. UPS Next Day - This will take 1 business day for delivery.
    $19.99 for the first fragrance.
    $3.00 for each additional item that you want in the same order.

  • Can you ship to a different address other than the billing address ?
    Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do confirm the orders via phone so please give us your daytime telephone numbers in order for our customer representatives to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
  • How long will it take to ship my order from your warehouse?
    All orders are shipped from our warehouse in between 24-48 hrs.
  • What if I receive an incomplete order?
    If you receive an incomplete order, part of your order was either backordered or was out of stock. To prevent any order processing delays, we will ship all in stock items. All backorders will be confirmed via a phone or email before processing. You will only be charged for what you receive. Should you wish to substitute an out of stock item with another item, we'll be happy to ship the item free of shipping charges.
